SELECTION

Classico Caffe' Circi pride themselves in using only high graded quality beans in their selection process. Beans are meticulously selected and analysed by Classico Caffe' Circi's coffee master to ensure consistency and premium quality standards are maintained throughout every stage of the production process.

BLENDING

After the beans are carefully selected and analysed, the blending process can begin under the watchful eye of the Classico Caffe' Circi coffee master. The beans are blended together to obtain the fine balance between taste, body and aroma, which are the characteristics associated with the Classico Caffe' Circi blends

ROASTING

Roasting is a very delicate stage of the production process, whereby technology and human experience are crafted together harmoniously to enhance the characteristics of each blend. The art of roasting and cooling is carried out under the watchful eye of experienced coffee roasters, following traditional techniques.

PACKAGING

During the packaging process, the freshly roasted coffee beans are packed in specially designed valve bags in order to preserve and maintain maximum quality, freshness and aroma.
